Riverside Racing at Royal Windsor

Come and experience the unique blend of charm, comfort and excitement which epitomises horseracing at Royal Windsor.  Choose from 29 race meetings from April to December, including 17 Monday evening meetings.  25 of these are flat meetings with 4 in November and December being the new National Hunt fixtures.

Private hospitality suites have been carefully designed to maintain the character and charm of this historic Thames-side course and provide a magnificent view of the track. Each suite has a balcony and includes a private bar, closed-circuit television, double glazing, central heating and immediate access to a Tote betting point.

  • With 8 private suites in total

  • Suites 1&2 on the 1st floor combine to hold up to 60 seated.

  • Suites 4 to 8 on the 2nd floor combine to hold up to 200 seated.

  • Each suite holds minimum of 20 people, up to 30 seated and 40/50 standing buffet style.

  • In addition suite 3 holds minimum of 20 people, max 20 seated and 30 standing buffet style.

  • 20 Club Badges

  • 20 Parking Permits

  • 20 Racecards

If your group exceeds 20 people additional badge/parking/racecard can also be purchased.

Riverbank MarqueeRiverbank Marquee

A fantastic facility that overlooking the Parade Ring. The Marquee comprises of four suites, is a permanent structure, glass fronted with a patio and garden seating outside, creating the option for Letheby & Christopher to also provide a BBQ catering arrangement. Includes a private bar, closed-circuit television and immediate access to a Tote betting point.

  • Each suite holds minimum of 20 people, up to 60 seated and 80 standing buffet style.

  • Suites can be combined to hold up to 250 seated

Package includes:

  • Hire of Private suite

  • 20 Club Badges

  • 20 Parking Permits

  • 20 Racecards

Paddock Pavilion

Paddock PavilionTwelve private executive class facilities, superbly appointed with head on views of the track.  This facility has the added benefit of a wonderful additional balcony to the back of the building which overlooks the Parade Ring and is exclusive to hospitality clients.

Each suite has a balcony and includes a private bar, closed-circuit television, double glazing, central heating and immediate access to a Tote betting point.

  • Each suite holds minimum of 20 people, up to 30 seated and 40 standing buffet style.

  • Suites can be combined to double capacity:  1&2 on the Lower Floor combine to hold up to 60 seated or 80 buffet style

  • 5&6 on the Lower Floor combine to hold up to 60 seated or 80 buffet style

  • In addition suites 3 & 4 each hold minimum of 20 people, max 20 seated and 30 standing buffet style

  • Suites 7 to 12 on the Upper Floor are all individual rooms

Parade Ring Marquee

New for 2004, this marquee will overlook the Parade Ring and accommodate between 20 and 150 guests.  A stylish marquee with a private garden area it will include a private bar, cctv and access to a Tote facility and be the ideal venue for the BBQ option. Churchill Suite

This is located on the first floor of the original Victorian Grandstand.  It has a magnificent view of the racecourse and is adjacent to the winning post, with a private viewing area at the rear of the stand. This is one of the oldest suites remaining on a racecourse in the country and retains the original period fireplace.

The Churchill Suite holds a minimum of 20 people, with up to 30 seated and 40 standing buffet style

Victory Suite

This is located on the first floor of the original Victorian Grandstand.  It has a magnificent view of the racecourse and is adjacent to the winning post, with a private viewing area only a few steps away.  Until 2003 this was the private dining room for the Racecourse Stewards but is now available as an exclusive venue for the smaller party. 

The Suite holds a minimum of 14 people, with up to 14 seated or 18 standing buffet style

Package includes:

  • Hire of Private suite

  • 14 Club Badges

  • 14 Parking Permits

  • 14 Racecards
